Royal Society of Canada-Black Tie Ball

WINNIPEG EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY

Between 1945 and 1980, the Royal Society of Canada’s Celebration of Excellence and Engagement (COEE), formally known as the Annual General Meeting, was hosted at least once in every province of Canada, at 25 universities from coast to coast. In 2013, the RSC resumed the practice of moving the AGM around the country, beginning with a visit to Banff, Alberta. 2017 had the COEE welcomed by Institutional Member University of Manitoba. The black tie ball was the grand finale of the 3 days of educational events. Attendees started the evening with an exclusive tour of the museum, and ended with dancing the night away! An amazing time was cetaintly had by all, as these photographs illustrate.
